This project constructs a 2,999 SF single-story commercial building on a vacant lot, uniting two adjacent parcels into one site framed by existing structures on either side.
The design leans into an industrial-modern aesthetic, creating a cohesive retail space that integrates seamlessly with its surroundings. As project manager, I supervised the work and coordinated the team through to a successful outcome.
